Terms & Conditions

1. VIP membership is valid for one year from the date of successful VIP membership activation.

2. Membership privileges are exclusive to VIP members only and are non-transferrable.

3. VIP Card given is strictly non-refundable, strictly use for making payments only.

4. VIP Card must be presented before any facial treatments or purchase products in order to get exclusive discounts and offers.

5. VIP membership must be activated within one (1) Year from date of purchase. If VIP membership is not activated within one (1) Year, it will be deemed dormant and VIP membersip will be invalidated.

6. Members’ discounts are not applicable for promotional products or services, other privileges, vouchers, offers, sales of live and selected items.

7. VIP membership privileges will be invalid upon expiry or termination of VIP membership.

8. For any lost/damaged VIP Card, members must report before making any payments and replacement of a new card will incur a fee of $20.
