How often can I do a facial?

If your skin requires attention and care from us, we recommend to have facials done at a minimum of 1 week apart. For regular maintenance, facials can be done once a month.

How long is the downtime after a facial?

A minimum of 3 to 5 days is the basic timeline for skin to heal from redness (from extraction). To speed up the healing process, we recommend using Turmeric Rice Mask every night, post-facial, for about 3 days straight. We advise clients to not use heavy makeup, to drink more water and stay away from greasy and sweet foods.

What are the odds of a post-facial breakout happening?

It is said that 1 out of 10 women may experience this. When the pores are not naturally closed in time and it does not close during your treatment with us, it may catch bacteria and the inflammation on the skin may cause the skin to worsen with acne.

Your “insurance” is that we advise you to have Turmeric Rice Mask as treatment at home for the next 3 to 5 days. Turmeric Rice Mask has properties that help soothe and reduce skin from inflammation. It is anti-bacterial and encourages the skin to heal too.

Do give us 1-3 working days to process your order. Afterwards, your item should reach you within 1-5 working days.

I have missing items / my items came broken

We’re sorry about that! While we ensure that we package your items securely, sometimes mishaps may happen. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture as proof via WhatsApp or Instagram DMs.
